Alexander Bogopolsky

Although we don’t know enough about Alexander to assemble a true biography, we know that he was a doctor, that he was arrested on trumped-up charges of espionage by the KGB, that he was executed after a peremptory trial…and that he was later given a posthumous pardon. We have new documents from the archives of the former KGB, and we are in the process of adding this new information to our understanding of Alexander’s life and fate.
